Responsibilities: The role of Project Manager is to Plan, execute, and finalize Project according to strict deadline and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members in order to deliver Project according to the plan. The Project Manager will also define the Project objectives and oversee the quality control throughout its life cycle. Participate in the formulation and implementation of the Project Management strategy, manages the day-to-day operations of Project Management by facilitating related professional work process to ensure with the established plans and in order to achieve high performance standards. Determine and define project scope and objectives Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements Track project costs in order to meet budget Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement Requirements: Bachelor Degree in (Civil Engineering) with total 15 Years of Experience including 10 years in Infrastructural Projects and at least 3 years work experience in Saudi Middle East experience (prefer Saudi) Strong knowledge of infrastructure Strong safety background Strong in all construction disciplines with the knowledge of “HOW TO’ Strong knowledge of cost management. Strong construction coordination knowledge. Driving license.
