Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end landscape project delivery including design coordination, tender review, construction supervision, and handover. Review and provide feedback on landscape design packages, drawings, and specifications to ensure constructability and compliance with project standards. Manage and supervise on-site landscape implementation, including hardscape and softscape works, irrigation, and lighting. Ensure all works are executed in line with approved drawings, materials, and design intent. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, workmanship, and quality control. Review contractor submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and material approvals. Coordinate with architectural, civil, and MEP teams to resolve design and construction interface issues. Evaluate and certify landscape-related variations and progress claims. Provide technical guidance to contractors and ensure that sustainability and environmental considerations are integrated into the design and construction stages. Prepare and present landscape status reports, inspection notes, and progress documentation. Support the preparation and review of BOQs, technical proposals, and tender documents as needed. Ensure health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance across all landscape activities. Liaise with clients, consultants, and local authorities for design approvals and inspections. Supervise the testing and commissioning of irrigation and lighting systems. Participate in final inspection and handover of completed landscape areas to the client. Essential Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Engineering, or related discipline. Minimum 8 years of experience in large-scale landscape projects, preferably within the GCC region. Demonstrated experience in both design and construction supervision phases. Strong technical understanding of softscape and hardscape materials, irrigation systems, and site implementation methods. Familiarity with sustainability principles and environmental design. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and related design/review software. Excellent coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
