Role Summary Captures the Statement of Requirements for initiatives, troubleshoot the current and future states and drive the package of works showing value through quarters Define the solution plans, inline with the Platform and Solution Architects, assist the business unit delivery with site-based deployments and management. Key Responsibilities Manage Solution delivery −Translate the business challenges, troubleshoot the site-based evidence for specific solutions being identified −Translate the priority elements of solutioning required to meet the Business Unit objectives for the technology domain(s) −Resolve technical and integration issues impacting initiative outcomes −Ensure solutions designs are scalable, integrated, and aligned with enterprise standards Guide Delivery Teams −Guide delivery teams including data scientists, engineers, and digital specialists to ensure correct implementation of the solution design −Provide technical direction, design clarification, and quality oversight throughout delivery −Ensure implementation meets agreed functional, performance, and quality expectations Support Domain and TechOps Initiatives −Work with Domain Integrators and Business Partners to shape initiative scope, success measures, and value hypotheses −Ensure initiatives remain aligned with agreed KPIs, value outcomes, and priorities −Surface technical trade-offs, risks, and dependencies early Core Competencies Technical solution architecture and design ownership Quality-focused delivery guidance Systems thinking and cross-domain integration Strong problem structuring and communication Ability to operate across multiple initiatives concurrently Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mining or Minerals Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical Electrical or Industrial also applicable), Computer Science and / or Data Science, 5–10 years’ experience in technical, analytics, or technology delivery roles Proven experience owning solution design and guiding delivery teams Strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments Benefits 1.
