The IOCC Ground Operations Specialist is responsible for providing virtual operational support and coordination from HQ to stations where direct flyadeal staff are not available. Coordinating with the IOCC to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant ground operations. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary focal point for all ground operations–related matters, liaising closely with the IOCC and all stations to ensure effective coordination and timely resolution of operational issues. Support ground operations at stations where direct flyadeal staff presence is not available mainly out of the main stations, In and Out kingdom. Perform flight editing and related system updates for stations without flyadeal staff coverage, in accordance with approved procedures. Liaise with relevant internal and external stakeholders regarding the handling of prisoners, deportees, inadmissible (INAD) passengers, and cargo operations. Virtually monitor and support station emergency responses to ensure strict adherence to established emergencies, safety, and contingency procedures. Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date flight records, ensuring proper retention for a minimum period of twelve (12) months or in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. Minimum High School, higher degree is a plus. Minimum +2 years’ experience in the aviation industry.
