Job Purpose: To coordinate and support daily logistics and driver operations by managing driver availability, performance, and compliance, ensuring seamless collaboration with Operations and 3PL partners to maintain service quality and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Performance & Team Management · Set performance goals and deadlines aligned with company plans and vision. · Monitor driver productivity and provide constructive feedback, coaching, and support. · Identify low-performing or unqualified drivers and take appropriate action. · Coordinate with operations teams on performance feedback and improvements. Driver Coordination & Availability · Organize workflow and ensure drivers understand assigned duties and tasks. · Monitor and ensure driver availability across all zones. · Track availability within each zone and address coverage gaps. · Track and report available and unavailable drivers per shift, including hourly reports. · Work closely with Operations to reduce driver availability pressure during peak hours. 3PL & Partner Coordination · Provide ongoing support to 3PL partners. · Coordinate with 3PLs to ensure drivers follow approved schedules. · Communicate with 3PLs (WhatsApp, phone, email) to address gaps and operational issues. · Follow up with 3PLs on missing or required driver documentation. Driver Administration & Lifecycle Management · Register drivers and ensure all required documents are submitted by 3PLs. · Prepare and distribute ID cards for newly registered drivers. · Track driver activation, deactivation, and termination status. · Deliver driver training and onboarding support. Operations & Dispatch Support · Dispatch orders to the nearest available driver when required. · Coordinate daily between Logistics and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution. · Provide ad-hoc operational support as required by Logistics and Operations. Inventory & Asset Management · Distribute logistics items and supplies to drivers. · Maintain, organize, and track inventory and assets. Compliance, Quality & Service Standards · Provide guidance on personal hygiene and service quality in line with company standards. · Ensure drivers comply with service and conduct requirements. Payments & Financial Tracking · Track, update, and settle driver payments. · Ensure all driver-related charges are accurately reflected in order transactions.
