Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly experienced Senior Development Manager - Commercial Office to lead the development of our commercial office projects within the master development. This role requires a strategic thinker with a solid background in commercial real estate development, who can drive projects from concept to completion while ensuring alignment with Qiddiya’s overall vision and standards. Responsibilities Manage the full development lifecycle of commercial office projects, including planning, design, construction, and delivery. Develop and implement effective strategies that optimize project performance, profitability, and sustainability. Collaborate closely with internal teams, external consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of development plans. Conduct market research and feasibility studies to guide project decisions and enhance commercial viability. Oversee budget management, scheduling, risk assessments, and quality control throughout all project phases. Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and sustainability standards. Report regularly to senior leadership on project milestones, budget status, and potential risks or opportunities. Lead and mentor the development team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement to add value to Qiddiya’s commercial office portfolio. Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 9-12 years of experience in commercial real estate development, preferably with a focus on office spaces. Demonstrated success in managing large-scale commercial office projects from inception to delivery. Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting, cost control, and feasibility analysis. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency with project management tools and software. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Knowledge of local regulatory environment and sustainability practices is desirable.
