Assistant Loss Prevention Manager The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Diriyah The Opportunity At The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Diriyah, safety and discretion are fundamental to the resident experience. We are seeking an Assistant Loss Prevention Manager to support the leadership of all security and risk operations across the residences. This role goes beyond traditional security—it requires a professional who can anticipate risk, lead with confidence, and operate with the highest level of discretion in a luxury residential setting. What You Will Do Security & Risk Management Support the day-to-day management of all security and loss prevention operations across the residences Assist in the development and implementation of emergency response procedures and crisis management plans Conduct investigations into incidents, ensuring appropriate follow-up and reporting Monitor and mitigate risks across the property, implementing preventative measures to protect residents, associates, and assets Maintain full compliance with local regulations, brand standards, and corporate security protocols Operational Oversight Deploy and manage security resources effectively across all areas of the property Conduct regular patrols and inspections to ensure a safe and secure environment Oversee the functionality and maintenance of all security systems and equipment Maintain accurate logs, reports, and documentation in line with legal and operational requirements Resident Experience & Discretion Ensure all security interactions are handled with professionalism, sensitivity, and discretion Respond to resident concerns and incidents with a calm, solution-oriented approach Balance visible presence with a refined, unobtrusive service style appropriate to a luxury residential environment Team Leadership Support the leadership, training, and development of the security team Promote a culture of accountability, vigilance, and continuous improvement Ensure all team members are fully trained in safety procedures, emergency protocols, and service standards Lead by example, demonstrating integrity, professionalism, and sound judgement Stakeholder & External Relations Build and maintain strong relationships with local law enforcement and emergency services Support coordination for VIP movements, events, and high-profile resident requirements Communicate effectively with senior leadership on all matters relating to safety and risk Who We’re Looking For You are a calm, credible, and highly professional security leader with the ability to operate in a high-profile, service-driven environment. Experience & Background Experience in security, loss prevention, or risk management within hospitality, residential, or similar environments Strong understanding of safety protocols, incident management, and regulatory compliance Experience managing or supervising security teams Education Degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field preferred Relevant certifications (First Aid, CPR, safety training) advantageous Leadership & Personal Attributes High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism Strong judgement and decision-making capability under pressure Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Service-oriented mindset, with the ability to operate seamlessly within a luxury environment Detail-focused, proactive, and solutions-driven Why Join Us This is an opportunity to be part of a landmark development where safety, privacy, and service excellence are paramount.
