Role Purpose: Responsible for presenting a professional Call Center services to achieve departmental goals and objectives. Key Responsibilities: Manage outbound calls in a polite and professional manner. Ensure the customer satisfaction by performing necessary outbound calls related to appointments confirmation and cancellation. Perform reports that required by direct supervisor. Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to approved standards and guidelines. Communicate and confer with customers by using various web based tools. Execute effective communication skills to deal tactfully with different kinds of customers. Implements appropriate policies and procedures to achieve the Hospital’s goals and objectives in pursuit of Standards of Care, Quality / Performance Improvement Perform any other tasks within his/her competence as directed by the Call Center Manager. Necessary Knowledge and Experience: 0 - 1 years of experience in the related field Education and Certification Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent.
