(Saudi National Only) Grade: G1 Location: KFAA – Al-Majmaah Working hours: full time Advert closing: 13/05/2026 Responsibilities · Perform cadet or student ground training activities in accordance with KSA Company Flying Regulations and RSAF Rules and Regulations. · Identify safety risks and make mitigating recommendations to the Senior Training Officer. Have a working knowledge of SafeTal incident reporting and be familiar with the flying operations Hazard (Risk) Log in both the Hazard and FORM modules · Provide ground training lectures to cadets or students as scheduled by his unit. Offer subject matter expertise to Senior Training Officer when requested. · Perform duties and delegated tasks from the Senior Training Officer as directed. · Monitor and evaluate the progress of cadets assigned to him and highlight training issues to the Senior Training Officer. · Monitor the culture of Safety within the Training Section to ensure adherence to required standards. · Monitor fatigue levels and highlight any concerns to Senior Training Officer. Job Requirements: · Preferably educated to degree level or equivalent. · Minimum of 4 years and 800 hours experience as military aircrew. · Minimum of 4 years’ experience teaching aircrew in either a flying or ground instructional role. · Ideally will hold experience as an instructor at a Basic military training level.
