About the Role As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across the Golf Villas and Resort Residences. Your role is essential in ensuring optimal comfort, air quality, and system reliability within all residential and support areas. You will work closely with the Engineering team to deliver proactive maintenance services and respond efficiently to any system issues, ensuring uninterrupted comfort for residents and guests. Key Responsibilities Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems within Golf Villas and Resort Residences Conduct routine preventive maintenance on air conditioning, ventilation, and cooling systems Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system faults and ensure timely repairs Monitor system performance and ensure optimal temperature, humidity, and air quality levels Ensure all HVAC systems operate efficiently and comply with safety and environmental standards Support maintenance of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, split units, and central plant systems Respond promptly to service requests and emergency breakdowns Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, inspections, and repairs Coordinate with Engineering team members for planned maintenance activities Ensure tools, equipment, and work areas are kept clean, safe, and well maintained Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures at all times Area of Responsibility Golf Villas, Resort Residences, and associated Engineering and mechanical plant areas across the resort.
