The candidate is expected to have exceptional analytical, planning and written/verbal communication skills along with preferred experience in managing transportation function in retail domain. Key job responsibilities - Collect and analyze data - Support business growth in constrained environment with innovative and automated solutions - Work on scaling up processes at a quick pace, by identifying, implementing available tools/automation. - Rollout best practices from other geographies/ companies to minimize end to end supply chain losses - Utilize problem-solving and communication skills to influence business, operations and technical audiences - Bring data driven solutions using analytical skills to contribute operations and growth in the organization Basic Qualifications: - Candidate must have basic Supply Chain/Planning knowledge through work experience or coursework - High proficiency in SQL, Python, and Microsoft Excel Preferred Qualifications: - Experience demonstrating strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization - Experience in written and oral communication, including the ability to communicate with all levels in the organization (technical, business, executive) Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
