Job Post Start Date: 05. May. 2026 Job Post End Date: 19. May. 2026 Job Purpose: Follow and carry out all the activities as per OMS Procedures for Complex MOC & Capital Project starting from concept development, detail engineering, commissioning support till Project close out. Job Key Accountabilities: Preparation of FC package for Complex MOC and review by MOC review team. Submission of AFC package approval of the proposal by MOC committee PMT. Preparation of Technical Requisition for ln-house capital Projects and review by assigned project team. Preparation of Detail Engineering Package for the approved ln-house Capital Project and Complex MOC. Coordinate with other department for review and approval of DEP packages and submit the AFC package to Area PMT MOC committee for approval. Preparation of As-built documents and completion of PCV for Complex MOCs and in-house Capital Projects Prepare Concept Development Package for Capital Projects to be carried out by EPM or service contractor. Arrange and coordinate for review along with concerned MOC Review Team. Review FEED and DEP packages and Coordinate with concerned MOC Review Team including PHA if required. Provide support to EPM / Vendor regarding queries and review related documents as per EPM request for the Capital Projects. Effectively Monitor and update the progress to PD&C manager & senior manager for ongoing capital projects/complex MOCs starting from project assignment till financial closeout. Effectively Implement OMS procedures. Provide Technical inputs and support to project team for Projects with Other discipline as Project Lead. Ensures support during construction activities for Projects/Complex MOCs as and when required. Ensure participation in start-up / commissioning of projects and participates also to resolve the issues if any. Participate periodically in plant EHSS audits to report safety, health & Environment I Rs. Contribute to meet department EHSS KPls and safety talk. Participate and conduct scheduled activities such as RCA, PHA, PSSR, JSA and other RCE & MCE requirements etc . Minimum Education: B.E/B.S. Degree in Engineering Minimum Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in petrochemical plant/major process plant or major EPC company. Project management experience. Job Specific Skills/Competencies: Familiar with engineering activities for manufacturing plant and Project management. Awareness of Selection of equipment, Specifications, Bill of materials, Hazardous areas etc. Familiarity with International standards, codes, regulations and SABIC SH EMS Computer literate and hands on experience in applicable software and SAP oriented. Strong technical, Cost analysis and technical writing skills. Negotiation skills with ability to resolve conflict situations. Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment. Ability to work to deadlines in an accurate, consistent and structured manner. Ability to follow/ comply with procedures and recognized working practices. EHSS, B16C26General Plant Knowledge; Interactions and Improvement; optimization (Developing). Analytical skills, Problem solving & decision-making abilities Work Availability Regular, predictable attendance is an essential function of this position. Applicants must be regularly available and willing to work (e.g. Sunday – Thursday) during assigned hours of operation and such other hours as the company determines are necessary or desirable to meet business needs.
