Job Post Start Date: 07. May. 2026 Job Post End Date: 21. May. 2026 Job Purpose: To carry out Technical Studies/ Failure Analysis related to static equipment and piping in the plants. To provide methodology facilitation for RBI and RCM and consultancy services. Audit methodology study quality and its implementation, facilitate methodology workshops and enhance inspection effectiveness. Key Accountabilities: Provide customers with technical support in the area of static equipment methodology and system know-how application facilitation. Responsible for customer support & satisfaction. Conduct technical studies to analyze the cause of failure for static equipment and piping in the assigned plants and recommend remedial measures. Conduct failure analysis for static assets that have high economical and EHSS impact. To develop risk-based inspection strategy for static equipment’s and Up-keeping RBI/ RCM change management. Develop action items. Cross functional groups work integration in RBI / RCM. Develop job planning to achieve objectives of the year. Present business case assignment for each year Ensure compliance to IM/TM modules in Meridium. Establish and maintain OEM effective networking. To participate in criticality assessment workshop Lead or be a member of RCA for issues related to assigned plants for finding the root cause. Conduct RBI/RCM studies as per plan. Participate in SABIC reliability recognition program. To carry out Technical Studies/ Failure Analysis related to static equipment and piping in the plants. Coordinate with different department (Maintenance, operation, process and inspection) for implementing RBI studies. Capability to perform advisory role on all static equipment and piping reliability issues in the assigned plants. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Metallurgical engineering. Minimum 9 years’ experience in Oil & Gas Plants, Refineries, Petrochemical Plants. Should be capable of independently performing inspection of static in Oil & Gas Plants, Refineries, and Petrochemical Plants. Capable of taking independent decision for resolving issues related to static/rotating equipment in the assigned plant. Job Specific Skills: Technical Expertise in API codes. In depth knowledge of Inspection, welding, NDT and materials Expertise in potential damage mechanisms and mitigation options Experience in independently conducting RCA/ technical studies related to static equipment and piping in Oil & Gas Plants / Refineries / Petrochemical Plant Competencies: Well verse with computer-based RBI programs applications such as Meridium. Communication and team building skills. Self-motivated and dynamic. Analytical, methodical, chronological and open minded. Work Availability Regular, predictable attendance is an essential function of this position. Applicants must be regularly available and willing to work (e.g. Sunday – Thursday) during assigned hours of operation and such other hours as the company determines are necessary or desirable to meet business needs.
