Industrial Complex, Riyadh The center of alfanar’s industrial activities is alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh. Spread across 700,000 square meters, the Complex houses alfanar’s facilities. The Complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone. Job Purpose Lead the on-site electrical team, ensuring the efficient and safe installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems. This includes troubleshooting issues, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring compliance with electrical codes and safety standards throughout the project. Key Accountability Areas Site Supervision Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure tasks are performed according to specifications and standards. Monitor the quality of work and adherence to safety and operational guidelines. Ensure proper use of tools, materials, and equipment at the site. Team Coordination Assign tasks to site workers and monitor their performance. Guide and support team members to achieve daily objectives. Coordinate with engineers and supervisors to address operational issues. Progress Monitoring Track daily progress and report updates to the site engineer or project manager. Identify potential delays or challenges and recommend solutions. Ensure timely availability of required materials and resources. Health and Safety Enforce compliance with workplace safety rules and regulations. Conduct regular inspections to ensure safe working conditions and proper housekeeping. Documentation and Reporting Maintain accurate records of daily site activities, work logs, and incidents. Assist in preparing progress reports and submitting updates to supervisors. Role Accountability HR Proficiency: Training subordinates and forming a team to get the work effectively. Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates in all aspects of their work. Delegate sub-ordinates in each respective assignment. Ensures fair distribution of tasks to maintain morale and motivation of subordinates. Delivery: Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules. Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time. Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks. Problem-Solving: Resolve any related problems that arise and escalate any complex operational issues. Quality: Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities. Business Process Improvements: Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seeking automations opportunities as much as possible. Compliance: Comply with related policy and procedures and work instructions. Safety: Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
