About the Program NHC's COOP Training Program is crafted to provide final-year university students with a unique opportunity to integrate academic knowledge with practical workplace experience. Through our program, participants will immerse themselves in real projects across various professional fields, gaining firsthand experience that helps them smoothly transition from academic studies to real-world careers. This program aligns with our commitment to developing the next generation of leaders and innovators, supporting national initiatives like Saudi Vision 2030 by empowering young talent. Participants will benefit from mentorship, professional development resources, and a supportive learning environment that helps them confidently step into the professional world. Accountability • Participate actively in on-the-job practical training and apply learned concepts to daily tasks and projects. • Complete assigned responsibilities accurately, professionally, and within agreed timelines. • Engage in rotation programs across different departments to gain broader exposure and understanding of organizational functions. • Demonstrate professionalism and commitment when receiving mentoring, coaching, and guidance from supervisors and specialists. • Maintain consistent communication and collaboration with team members, including direct engagement with directors when assigned tasks or learning activities require it. • Uphold confidentiality, organizational policies, and ethical standards at all times. • Take accountability for personal learning, progress, and contribution throughout the co-op training period. Program Criteria • Saudi National • Qualification Bachelor's Degree • Proficiency in Arabic and English • Minimum GPA of 3.20/4 or 4/5 • Duration 6 Months
