Job Post Start Date: 11. May. 2026 Job Post End Date: 25. May. 2026 JOB PURPOSE To support operations in complex trouble shooting, unit performance assurance and optimization, long term improvements and studies development KEY ACOUNTABILITIES • Provide Process know how support for plant upset events, complex issues trouble shooting, chronic issues trouble shooting, shutdown & start up. • Ensure the plant process integrity through well-defined operating envelop, participate in Process Risk assessment, HAZOP , etc • Provide process engineering support for benchmarking study, optimization & sustainability and energy studies, Reliability methodologies workshops • Support project in feasibility study and project development package / MOC • To Evaluate all MOC from Innovation & Patent point of view. Communicate with SABIC Legal and other concern to register Innovation & Patent ideas. Follow up with all concern staff till implementation of Innovation & Patent ideas. • Optimize feedstock, raw materials, Chemicals and Utilities. • Evaluate new/existing catalyst performance, periodic evaluation & reporting on plant performance and major equipment and provide the necessary recommendation for improvement • Communicate with Technology Licensors, Interact with package Equipment OEMS, vendors and suggest latest technology updates in market for utilization in plant for performance enhancement REQUIREMENTS • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering • Good knowledge of English " • Engineer – Minimum 5 years’ experience Job Specific Skills: • Process technology familiarization • Through knowledge of unit operations, operation practices, policies and procedures • Familiar with Process improvement techniques & MOC requirements • Familiarity with International standards, codes and regulations • Awareness of SABIC SHEMS • Computer literate and hands on experience in applicable software Competencies: • Analytical skills • Good communication skills • Problem solving & decision making abilities Work Availability Regular, predictable attendance is an essential function of this position. Applicants must be regularly available and willing to work (e.g. Sunday – Thursday) during assigned hours of operation and such other hours as the company determines are necessary or desirable to meet business needs.
