SABIC Early Career Program is a premier development initiative designed to launch high-potential graduates into impactful careers. This 18-month program is designed for ambitious graduates, featuring three immersive, 6-month rotations. Each rotation includes a dedicated mentor for personalized guidance. Job Requirement Recent or upcoming graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. Preferred majors include Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Chemical Engineering, or Chemistry, but related fields are also welcomed. Proficient in English (verbal and written). Demonstrated drive and ambition to grow and take on new challenges. A proactive willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment. A collaborative mindset with eligibility to work in the program location.
