Job Description: Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of HVAC equipment and spare parts Ensure accurate inventory control, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation Maintain proper handling and storage of HVAC Finish goods, compressors, spare parts, and related components Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment Monitor warehouse staff performance, assign tasks, and provide training when needed Enforce safety policies and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards Optimize warehouse layout for efficiency and space utilization Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, inventory accuracy, and turnaround time Investigate and resolve discrepancies, damages, or delays Ensure proper documentation and system updates (ERP/WMS systems) Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred) 3–6 years of warehouse experience, preferably in HVAC, construction, or industrial equipment At least 2 years in a supervisory role Strong knowledge of HVAC products and materials is an advantage Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software Good leadership and team management skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Our Commitment to You At Carrier, our greatest assets are the expertise, creativity, and passion of our employees.
