An exciting opportunity is available for (Representative VI, Rassas Recycling ) based in Riyadh - KSA. Who will report directly to Section Head, Rassas Recycling . Summary: Receives and processes for non-routine customer inquiries and/or complaints covering products and services Proactively maintains an ongoing relationship with key customers and sales staff. May handle multiple product markets. You will be responsible for: Act as first referral point for escalated customer calls to ensure the handling of routine customer complaints is met. Serves as a communication link between customers and sales staff to assure responsiveness. Assists with research into a variety of customer complaints and issues to obtain a resolution. Knowledge of company product lines, product features and attributes, existing markets and market-related initiatives. Tracks order activity and alert appropriate staff of any potential delivery problems. Completes reports and documentation as required. Follows up on internal and external complaints. Participates in team projects. Identifies and shares continuous improvement ideas that enhance customer requirements. Minimum Qualification: Degree or Diploma Level Education and qualification. Minimum Experience: 0-2 years of experience or more in similar field.
