We are seeking an experienced Senior Collection Analyst to drive collections performance and manage credit risk across the APAC region. This role plays a key part in improving cash flow, strengthening customer relationships, and supporting business growth through effective receivables management. Key Responsibilities: Drive end-to-end collections, including overdue follow-ups, dispute resolution, and delivery of monthly and annual cash targets. Manage credit risk through contract review, payment terms evaluation, and timely escalation of collection issues. Partner with Sales, Finance, and senior leadership to resolve issues and improve collection efficiency. Prepare cash forecasts, aging analysis, and provide insights through regular reporting and cash calls. Support AR operations including reconciliations, payment application, audit confirmations, and process improvement initiatives. Key Experience & Capabilities: Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field 10–15+ years of experience in collections / AR / credit control Experience in industrial, engineering, or equipment-based industries preferred Strong knowledge of: Excel Financial analysis SAP (preferred, can be trained) Skills & Competencies Strong communication and stakeholder management skills High attention to detail and accuracy Results-driven with strong execution capability Ability to work independently and in cross-functional environments Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset Language Requirements Fluency in English (mandatory) Mandarin Chinese (mandatory) Who We Are The Future Is What We Make It at Honeywell.
