The Project & Asset Manager is accountable for the successful delivery of project outcomes across the Total Asset Management (TAM) portfolio. This role involves preparing, planning, executing, and controlling all aspects of the project, either directly or through delegation with the project team and operational teams. The Project & Asset Manager must monitor and control financials, work schedule, resources, and manage project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. Overall responsibility for delivering complex projects on time, within scope, and budget, ensuring quality standards are met Maintain up-to-date lifecycle forecasts and CAMS Asset data and deliver the annual works plan per the Lifecycle Asset Management Plan Coordinate and conduct third-party and annual asset condition assessments. CAMS implemented across all sites Manage project contracts, including scope development, payment certification, variations, and dispute resolution to minimize Honeywell's exposure Produce and maintain essential project management documentation, including project plans, communication plans, reports Proven experience in project management including budget ownership/management, resource allocation, scheduling, forecasting and planning Project Management qualification is highly regarded Understanding of business, technology and external environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to obtain appropriate security clearance – as a result only PR or Australian Citizens will be considered  Who We Are The Future Is What We Make It at Honeywell.
