Job Description
As an Intern (Bachelor's) - HR here at Honeywell, you will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. Key Responsibilities
Support talent acquisition efforts: Posting job openings and scheduling interviews
Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes: Ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees
Contribute to employee relations activities: Including conflict resolution and performance improvement plans
Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and proceduresSupport employee development initiatives: Including training programs and performance evaluations
YOU MUST HAVE
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in HR and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
