Job Description
As a Lead HR Services Administrator here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering high-quality HR services to support our employees and management teams. You will be responsible for overseeing HR service processes, ensuring compliance with policies, and acting as a key point of contact for HR service-related inquiries and issues.
You will report directly to our HR Services Manager and you’ll work out of our Corporate Strategic Business Group location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of HR service delivery, contributing to employee satisfaction and organizational success by ensuring seamless HR operations and support.
Manage and administer HR service processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of HR services.
Serve as a primary point of contact for HR service inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and local labor laws.
Collaborate with HR business partners and other stakeholders to support HR initiatives and service improvements.
Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports to support HR decision-making.
YOU MUST HAVE
Experience in HR service delivery or HR administration roles.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Proficiency with HR systems and data management tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve HR service issues effectively.
