Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and oversee the Technical Support and technical training department, providing strategic direction and guidance. Develop and implement strategies to optimize operations and improve customer satisfaction. Ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues, providing expert guidance and support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams. Monitor and analyze technical support and technical training performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet business objectives. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement. YOU MUST HAVE Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in technical support management or a similar role. Strong technical knowledge and expertise in relevant technologies. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks. Experience in driving process improvements and implementing best practices. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. WE VALUE Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Strong leadership and strategic thinking.
