As an HR Services Specialist II here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in providing comprehensive HR support to our employees and managers. You will be responsible for handling a variety of HR tasks, including employee inquiries, HR data management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Manage and oversee HR operations, including employee data management, HR systems, and HR processes
Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements
Provide guidance and support to HR team members on HR service delivery
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency
Manage employee data and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement
YOU MUST HAVE
Required experience in HR services or a similar field.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
English proficiency
Experience supporting assessments management
