Job Description

We have an opportunity for a Site Quality Manager to join us at Honeywell, in Nagykanizsa, Hungary , where you will play a critical role in leading and managing the quality engineering function within the company. You will be responsible for ensuring that all products and processes meet the highest quality standards and regulatory requirements. The Site Quality Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhance product quality, and achieve business objectives. In this role, you will impact the company's ability to deliver high-quality products, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve business objectives. Your leadership, technical expertise, and commitment to quality will contribute to the company's success, reputation, and growth in the industry. Observes and develops the manufacturing processes and products according to the needs of our customers Drives activities in order to reduce cost of poor quality Sustains contact with customers and key support functions Supports NPI and transition projects Collaborate with supplier quality engineering team Continuous improvement application Effective internal and external communication Participation in site strategy setup and execution Provides conformity on customer or 3rd party audits Controls and supports ISO system application Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001 standards Responsible for the Integrated Management System operation Degree or higher qualification in Engineering/Quality or similar discipline Hungarian and English language skills at an advanced level, mandatory At least 3 years experience in a Quality management role in manufacturing environment Be an expert on Quality Tools, Lean & six sigma Strong understanding of 8D, SPC, IPC, FMEA, PPAP, ISO Standards Confident communication and presentation skills Team leading experience Our offer SZEP card (monetary funding for accommodation, hot meals and leisure) Group life insurance EAP -  Employee assistant Program (legal, financial, mental support) Comprehensive induction, ongoing training and development to set you up for success Recognition programs Referrals bonuses for all open jobs We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
