As a Trade Compliance Analyst I here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. Your responsibilities will include managing import and export documentation, conducting internal audits, and providing support to internal stakeholders on trade compliance matters. By developing and implementing trade compliance policies and procedures, you will help minimize risks and avoid penalties related to import and export violations.

Honeywell recently announced plans to sell its Product Solutions and Services (PSS) business to Brady Corporation. At this time, we anticipate that the deal will close in the second half of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions. We expect this role, dedicated to the PSS business, will be part of this future transaction when it closes.
Manage import and export documentation, including classification, licensing, and customs documentation
Conduct compliance audits and assessments to identify areas of improvement
Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on trade compliance matters
Stay updated with changes in trade regulations and communicate the impact to the organization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve trade compliance issues and mitigate risks
YOU MUST HAVE
1 to 3 years of experience in trade compliance, preferably in a multinational company
Strong knowledge of import and export regulations, including customs laws, export controls, and sanctions
Experience in managing trade compliance programs, including classification, licensing, and compliance audits
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex regulations and provide practical solutions
