Must have below Skills Expertise in Core Java, Java Script with hands on experience.  Good to have Experience in DevSecOps using Bamboo and other modern technologies like Docker, Junit, Graddle etc. Experience in UX development Experience with Agile Software Development Experience in doing scrum master in scaled agile framework will be added advantage Experience in product development life cycle Experience in Niagara Framework will be added advantage Exposure to Building Automation Solution domain will be added advantage Good exposure to RDBMS like SQL Server Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Visual Studio IntelliCode, code-generation tools) to enhance productivity. Understanding of AI-powered code analysis , refactoring, and optimization recommendations. Basic understanding of LLM-based application capabilities , including prompting, fine-tuning, and constraints. Ability to integrate or consume AI/ML-powered APIs (e.g., Azure AI Services, Cognitive Services, OpenAI APIs). General quality Excellent focus on execution, should ensure responsiveness to partner and management.  Good problem-solving skills  Ability to maintain and support existing code  Self-motivated with focus on results, sense of urgency and working boundary less  Result oriented and Good communication skills  Eager to contribute in a team-oriented environment Diverse and global teaming and collaboration
