Job Description

As a Sales Representative II here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base by effectively managing customer relationships and delivering tailored solutions that meet their needs. You will report directly to our Sales Manager and you’ll work out of our Seoul, South Korea location on an On-site work schedule. In this role, you will impact Honeywell's market presence and revenue by building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets in the region. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Introduce and secure orders for our solutions at domestic and international automatic control and energy sites • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve order and revenue targets • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers, identify customer needs, and provide appropriate solutions • Collaborate with various departments for seamless customer order processing and support • Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement Minimum of 6- 7 years of experience in sales (Direct customer sales in BMS/Fire/Security field experience is preferred) Work based in Honeywell Seoul office. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving order growth Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal & external stakeholders YOU MUST HAVE WE VALUE Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering, Electrical engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Passion for sales and achieving results Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics Continuous learning and adaptability Fluent communication skill in Korean and English ABOUT HONEYWELL Honeywell International Inc.
