Job Description
As a Sr Cust Exp Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in managing complex customer interactions and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating with various internal departments to deliver seamless customer experiences.
You will report directly to our Customer Experience Manager and you’ll work out of our Honeywell Building Automation location.
In this role, you will impact customer retention and loyalty by providing expert support and driving continuous improvements in customer service processes.
Manage complex customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, shipments, repairs, and returns.
Collaborate with sales, technical support, logistics, and manufacturing teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
Analyze customer service performance indicators and implement corrective actions to improve service quality.
YOU MUST HAVE
0-6 months of experience related to customer service-order management
Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP and CRM platforms like Salesforce.
Experience with order management, supply chain processes, and customer support tools.
Ability to analyze complex customer issues and implement effective solutions.
WE VALUE
Bachelor's Degree
2+ years customer service experience in a customer-facing role.
Experience in building automation or related industrial sectors is a plus.
Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and quality management principles.
