Control Systems Eng Supervisor

As a Systems Eng Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in overseeing and guiding a team of systems engineers in the design, development, and implementation of advanced systems and solutions. Provide strategic direction for systems engineering activities, aligning them with the companys goals and objectives, Drive innovation and guide the development of advanced systems Lead, mentor, and develop a team of systems engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence Regularly evaluate and provide feedback to team members Identify and mitigate risks, and make datadriven decisions to keep projects on track Champion best practices in systems engineering and integration Collaborate with technical experts and thought leaders to drive technological advancements Present complex technical information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences YOU MUST HAVE Bachelor's degree in technical discipline such as Mechatronics engineering, Software engineering  Experience executing automation projects Project Financials acumen Automation experience with Conveyors Industrial network experience, Profibus, Ethercat, Ethernet Familiarity with Industrial Field equipment such as Wago Cards, VFDs, Motors C++, SQL Server, C# experience WE VALUE Advanced English level Experience with Scada systems, Allen Bradley PLC Honeywell recently announced plans to sell its Intelligrated (IGS) business to American Industrial Partners (“AIP”). At this time, we anticipate that the deal will close in the second half of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions. We expect this role, dedicated to the IGS business, will be part of this future transaction when it closes. #LI-Hybrid
