Job Description
As a Sr Field Service Technician here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide high-level technical support and service to our customers, ensuring the optimal performance of Honeywell products and systems. You will troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, perform maintenance and repairs, and provide training and guidance to customers and junior technicians. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and reliability of our service operations, enhance customer satisfaction, and support the growth of our business by ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.
Primary Responsibilities:
Carry out preventive maintenance and retrofit project works
Perform troubleshooting, testing and commissioning works
Data / Fault analysis
Co-ordinate with customers and subcontractors for service works
Prepare and maintain site specific documentation, such as, service reports, fault/finding reports, etc
Perform emergency duty outside normal working hours
Achieve, measure and report performance indicators and site service objectives
Support and get booking opportunities
Report near misses, incidents and other opportunities for improvement
Carry out hazard and risk assessments
Requirements:
Degree / Higher Diploma in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or related engineering discipline
Good knowledge in engineering discipline
3-4 years engineering experience
Good basic knowledge on computer systems, such as, Microsoft Office Professional, Autocad, Visual Basic, Computer System Networking, SQL/Database, Java/Pearl/HTML
Willing to perform emergency call duty outside normal working hours
A good team player
Good interpersonal skill
Strong commitment to customer satisfaction
Have ability to work under pressure
Good safety awareness
Have working right in Macau
Willing travel to HK when requires
Fresh graduate shall also be considered for Field Service Technician position.
