Sales Manager (AIDC)

Honeywell recently announced plans to sell its Product Solutions and Services (PSS) business to Brady Corporation. At this time, we anticipate that the deal will close in the second half of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions. We expect this role, dedicated to the PSS business, will be part of this future transaction when it closes.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Country Manager to lead our operations in Vietnam/ IndoChina. The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic thinking abilities, a proven track record in pipeline growth and executional strategies, and exceptional people management skills. This role requires a leader who can effectively engage with end-users, build trust within distribution channels, and uphold the highest standards of integrity and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Define and drive the future direction of the business with courage and vision.
Pipeline Growth: Develop and implement strategies to grow pipelines and enhance executional effectiveness.
People Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
Networking Leadership: Engage directly with end-users and build strong relationships within the distribution channel model.
Integrity & Compliance: Ensure all operations adhere to the highest standards of integrity and compliance.
Industry Knowledge: Leverage relevant industry knowledge related to AIDC (Automatic Identification and Data Capture), ERP systems, and Individual Software Vendors (ISV).
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a senior management role, preferably within the AIDC, ERP, or ISV industries.
Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability to grow pipelines and sharpen executional strategies.
Excellent people management and team development skills.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
High level of integrity and commitment to compliance.
Relevant industry knowledge is a plus.
