Job Description

As an Account Manager I here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing and growing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting sales initiatives to drive business growth. You will report directly to our sales leadership and you’ll work out of our Korea location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the company by strengthening customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and contributing to revenue growth within your assigned accounts. Manage and maintain customer accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for clients. Support sales efforts by identifying customer needs and proposing appropriate solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. YOU MUST HAVE Experience in account management or sales, with a focus on customer relationship management. Knowledge of sales processes and ability to identify customer needs. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions. WE VALUE 2 years of experience in account management or sales roles. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer requirements.
