In this role, you will impact the company's success by ensuring the successful execution and delivery of engineering projects, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and manage engineering projects from initiation to completion Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery Provide technical guidance and support to project team members Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders Other tasks assigned by the supervisor Six-month Contractual Employment YOU MUST HAVE Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics 6+ years of experience in project engineering or related roles Holders of the Class A Occupational Safety and Health Supervisor Certificate Proven track record of successfully delivering engineering projects on time and within budget Strong leadership and project management skills with proficiency in project management tools and methodologies Technical expertise in the relevant engineering discipline, with experience in risk management and problem-solving WE VALUE Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively Adaptability and flexibility to manage changing project requirements Passion for innovation and continuous learning
