Job Description
As a Senior Benefits Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in managing and analyzing employee benefits programs to ensure competitive and cost-effective offerings. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to support benefits administration, compliance, and communication strategies that enhance employee satisfaction and organizational effectiveness.
You will report directly to our B enefits Manager and you’ll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the overall employee experience by ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of benefits programs, contributing to Honeywell's ability to attract and retain top talent.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze and administer employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to benefits administration.
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve benefits issues and improve processes.
Prepare and present reports on benefits utilization, costs, and trends to leadership.
Support employee communication and education initiatives regarding benefits offerings.

YOU MUST HAVE
Experience in benefits analysis and administration within a corporate environment.
Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs, compliance regulations, and industry best practices.
Proficiency with benefits administration systems and data analysis tools to manage and report on benefits metrics effectively.
Experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams to optimize benefits delivery and resolve issues.
WE VALUE
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Several years of experience in employee benefits or HR analytics roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with a collaborative mindset.
Familiarity with HRIS systems, benefits platforms, and reporting software.
