As an Assistant Waiter/Waitress, you will support the service team in delivering an exceptional dining experience. You will assist with table set-up, food running, and guest needs while learning the standards of luxury service in a dynamic and guest-focused environment.

Assist Waiters/Waitresses with table settings, service preparation, and clearing.

Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly and accurately.

Support in maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining areas, buffets, and stations.

Respond to guest requests with courtesy and efficiency, escalating when needed.

Refill water, bread, and other accompaniments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Work collaboratively with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.

Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred, but not required.

A passion for hospitality and a strong willingness to learn.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Professional appearance, communication skills, and attention to detail.

Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
