As a Waiter/Waitress, you will deliver an exceptional dining experience by providing expert knowledge of menu items, anticipating guest needs, and ensuring seamless service from order to payment. Your role is key in creating memorable moments through attentive, professional, and personalized service.

Present and describe food and beverage menu items with engaging detail on origin, taste, and preparation.

Accurately take and enter guest orders, communicate with the kitchen, and coordinate food timings.

Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.

Anticipate guest needs, respond to requests, and resolve concerns with professionalism.

Process guest checks, handle payments, and settle voids or complimentary meals correctly.

Assist in setting up, breaking down, and maintaining tables, buffets, and food stations.

Take reservations and support smooth flow of service.

Work harmoniously with team members while upholding Four Seasons standards of conduct.

Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a luxury or fine dining environment preferred.

Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.

Excellent communication and guest service skills.

Attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest preferences.

Team player with a professional and polished appearance.

Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
