المسؤوليات
- إدارة سلسلة التوريد والإصلاحات من البداية إلى النهاية لدعم توافر الأسطول وبرنامج الصيانة.
- تخطيط وتنسيق متطلبات الروتبيلز (القطع المتواجدة على متن الطائرة) المتوافقة مع طلب الأسطول، وجداول الصيانة، وأولويات العمليات.
- الإشراف على أنشطة الإصلاح والروتبيلز اليومية، بما في ذلك تنسيق الموردين، وترتيبات التجميع، والوحدات المستعارة، وتبادل المكونات.
- تتبع مستويات المخزون، وأوقات الإصلاح، وأداء المكونات بدقة، وتحويل البيانات إلى رؤى قابلة للتنفيذ.
- تنسيق أنشطة التفتيش والتشخيص والإصلاح لضمان استيفاء معايير الصلاحية والخدمة، مع العمل ضمن لوائح الهيئة العامة للطيران المدني وسياسات الشركة.
- إدارة سجلات حركة المخزون، والإصلاحات، والمعاملات مع الموردين، والمطالبات المتعلقة بالضمان، وضمان سلامة البيانات وجاهزية مراجعة الحسابات.
- دعم مبادرات التحسين المستمر لتعزيز دورات الإصلاح، وتقليل المدة الزمنية، وتحسين أداء الموردين، وتحقيق كفاءة التكاليف المستدامة.
المتطلبات
- درجة علمية في مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في إدارة الروتبيلز والإصلاحات في بيئة شركة طيران أو طيران.
- خبرة عملية في سلاسل إصلاح التجميع، وترتيبات التجميع، والقروض المكونات، وتنسيق الموردين.
- فهم قوي لمتطلبات الصلاحية والامتثال التنظيمي.
- براعة في أدوات معالجة البيانات والإبلاغ.
- القدرة على الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة ودعم عمليات مراجعة الضمان.
المهارات
- مهارات تحليلية وقدرة على حل المشكلات.
- خبرة في مراقبة أداء الإصلاح، وتحديد الأسباب الجذرية، وتنفيذ حلول عملية وفعالة من حيث التكلفة.
- مهارات التواصل والتعاون مع فرق الصيانة واللوجستيات والمشتريات وضمان الجودة.

About the Role
- Are you an aviation supply chain professional who thrives on operational continuity, reliability, and control?
- In this role, you will manage the end‑to‑end rotables and repairs supply chain to support our fleet availability and maintenance programme.
- You will be responsible for planning and coordinating rotable requirements aligned with fleet demand, maintenance schedules, and operational priorities, ensuring serviceable components are available at the right time and location to minimize aircraft downtime.
- You'll oversee day‑to‑day repair and rotable activities, including repair vendor coordination, pooling arrangements, loan units, and component exchanges.
- By meticulously tracking inventory levels, repair turnaround times, and component performance, you'll be a key strategic partner, transforming data into actionable insights that drive operational excellence and commercial strategy.
- Quality, compliance, and cost control are central to the role. You will coordinate inspection, diagnosis, and repair activities to ensure airworthiness and serviceability standards are met, while operating within GACA regulations and company policies.
- You are expected to also manage records for inventory movements, repairs, supplier transactions, and warranty claims, ensuring data integrity and audit readiness.
- Working closely with Maintenance, Logistics, Procurement, and Warranty teams, you will support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize repair cycles, reduce lead times, enhance supplier performance, and deliver sustainable cost efficiencies as the airline scales its operations.

- About You
- Degree qualified, you will bring a minimum of 4 years’ experience managing rotables and repairs within an airline or aviation environment.
- You are expected to possess hands‑on exposure to repair supply chains, pooling arrangements, component loans, and vendor coordination, with a solid understanding of airworthiness requirements and regulatory compliance. Proficiency in data handling and reporting tools is essential, along with the ability to maintain accurate records and support audit and warranty processes.
