About the Role
هل أنت محترف لوجستيات يتفوق في بيئات الطيران السريعة والعمليات الحرجة؟
في هذا الدور، ستدعم أنشطة الصيانة والعمليات من خلال ضمان حركة أجزاء الطائرات والمواد في الوقت المناسب، والامتثال، والكفاءة عبر الشبكات المحلية والدولية.
بينما تلعب دورًا رئيسيًا في ضمان توفر الطائرات من خلال تنفيذ لوجستيات موثوقة، ودعم الصيانة المقررة، وأحداث AOG، وتجهيز الأسطول، وأنشطة التوسع في القاعدة.
ستدير عمليات اللوجستيات من البداية إلى النهاية، بما في ذلك التخطيط للنقل، وتتبع الشحنات، وإفراج الجمارك، وتنسيق الموردين.
بصفتك نقطة اتصال عملياتية كبار، ستشرف على حركة الأجزاء الحساسة من حيث الوقت والحرجة، وستدير بشكل استباقي الاضطرابات، وتحل المشكلات لتقليل وقت توقف الطائرات.
الامتثال هو جوهر الدور، حيث تعمل ضمن لوائح GACA، وIATA، وICAO، وFAA، وEASA، بما في ذلك التعامل والشحن المتوافق مع السلع الخطرة.
ستضمن توثيق الشحن، وسجلات الجمارك، والمخزون المعفى من الرسوم الدقيقة، مع إجراء عمليات فحص تحكم روتينية ودعم المتطلبات التنظيمية والمراجعة.
من خلال العمل عن كثب مع الصيانة، والهندسة، والمشتريات، والمستودعات، وشركاء اللوجستيات الخارجيين، ستعمل على مراقبة أداء اللوجستيات من خلال مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية، وتساهم في مبادرات التحسين المستمر، وتدعم تبني الأدوات الرقمية لتعزيز التتبع، والإبلاغ، والمرونة التشغيلية.

About You
بدرجة مؤهلة، ستجلب ما لا يقل عن 4 سنوات من الخبرة في لوجستيات الطيران أو الفضاء الجوي، بما في ذلك الشحن الدولي وعمليات الجمارك.
من المتوقع أن يكون لديك خبرة عملية في الشحن، واللوجستيات المعفاة من الرسوم، وحركة أجزاء الطائرات (بما في ذلك AOG)، ومعرفة قوية بالامتثال الجمركي لDGR IATA وAVIATION.
بالإضافة إلى الإتقان في أنظمة تتبع اللوجستيات، ومنصات ERP مثل AMOS، وميكروسوفت أوفيس.

About the Role
- Are you a logistics professional who thrives in fast‑paced, operationally critical aviation environments?
- In this role, you will support our maintenance and operational activities by ensuring the timely, compliant, and efficient movement of aircraft parts and materials across domestic and international networks.
- While playing a key role in safeguarding aircraft availability through reliable logistics execution, supporting scheduled maintenance, AOG events, fleet induction, and base expansion activities.
- You will manage end‑to‑end logistics operations, including transportation planning, shipment tracking, customs clearance, and vendor coordination.
- Acting as a senior operational focal point, you will oversee time‑sensitive and critical parts movements, proactively manage disruptions, and resolve issues to minimize aircraft downtime.
- Compliance is central to the role, operating within GACA, IATA, ICAO, FAA, and EASA regulations, including the compliant handling and shipment of Dangerous Goods.
- You will ensure shipping documentation, customs records, and bonded stock are accurate and audit‑ready, while performing routine control checks and supporting regulatory and audit requirements.
- Working closely with Maintenance, Engineering, Procurement, Warehouse, and external logistics partners, you will monitor logistics performance through KPIs, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and support the adoption of digital tools to enhance tracking, reporting, and operational resilience.

- About You
- Degree qualified, you will bring a minimum of 4 years of experience in aviation or aerospace logistics, including international shipping and customs operations.
- You are expected to have hands‑on experience with freight forwarding, bonded logistics, aircraft parts movement (including AOG), and a strong working knowledge of IATA DGR and aviation customs compliance. Alongside proficiency in logistics tracking systems, ERP platforms such as AMOS, and Microsoft Office.
