About the Role
هل لديك خبرة في إدارة عمليات دعم المواد الجوية الحرجة من حيث الوقت في بيئة طيران سريعة الوتيرة؟
في هذا الدور، ستدعم عمليات AOG في طيران الرياض من خلال تنسيق المتطلبات المادية للطائرات، وضمان استجابة سريعة وأنشطة استعادة تقلل من تعطيل العمليات وتحافظ على موثوقية الأسطول.
ستلعب دورًا رئيسيًا في إدارة حركة المواد AOG، ومراقبة الجداول الزمنية التشغيلية، والتنسيق الوثيق مع أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين، والموردين، ومقدمي الخدمات اللوجستية، وأفرقة الصيانة لضمان تسليم المكونات الحرجة للطائرات بكفاءة وامتثال للمعايير التشغيلية والتنظيمية.
ستشمل مسؤولياتك مراقبة استهلاك المواد AOG، وتتبع جداول الاستعادة والتكاليف، والحفاظ على سجلات تشغيل دقيقة، ودعم أنشطة الإبلاغ التي تمكن من اتخاذ القرارات القائمة على البيانات والتحسين المستمر.

About You
حاصل على درجة علمية، سيكون لديك ما لا يقل عن 4 سنوات من الخبرة في إدارة المواد، أو اللوجستيات، أو سلسلة التوريد، أو عمليات قطع الغيار AOG في صناعة الطيران.
ستجلب خبرة عملية عملية في بيئة مركز عمليات شركة طيران أو مكتب AOG، مع معرفة قوية بحركة المواد الجوية، وتنسيق الشحن، وإدارة المخزون، وعمليات الإبلاغ التشغيلي.

About the Role
- Are you experienced in managing time-critical aircraft material support operations within a fast-paced aviation environment?
- In this role, you will support Riyadh Air’s AOG operations by coordinating urgent aircraft material requirements, ensuring rapid response and recovery activities that minimise operational disruption and maintain fleet reliability.
- You will play a key role in managing AOG material movements, monitoring operational timelines, and coordinating closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, and maintenance teams to ensure critical aircraft components are delivered efficiently and in compliance with operational and regulatory standards.
- Your responsibilities will include monitoring AOG material consumption, tracking recovery timelines and costs, maintaining accurate operational records, and supporting reporting activities that enable data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Working within a high-pressure operational environment, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Logistics, Supply Chain, Procurement, Warranty, and Maintenance to ensure seamless coordination of AOG recovery activities and alignment with operational priorities.
- You will also support audit activities, ensure accurate documentation and traceability of material transactions, and contribute to maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and operational reliability across all AOG support activities.

- About You
- Degree qualified, you will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in materials management, logistics, supply chain, or AOG spare parts operations within the aviation industry.
- You will bring hands-on experience working within an airline operational centre or AOG desk environment, with strong knowledge of aircraft material movements, shipping coordination, inventory management, and operational reporting processes.
- Experience working with aviation systems, operational compliance requirements, and cross-functional operational teams will be highly valued.
