About the Role
هل أنت قائد ذو خبرة في مجال لوجستيات الطيران، وتتميز بالعمل في بيئات عالية الضغط والوقت الحرجة؟
في هذا الدور، ستتولى إدارة مكتب AOG، والإشراف على أنشطة استعادة قطع الغيار لإعادة الطائرات إلى الخدمة بأسرع وأكثر الطرق أمانًا. ستدير التنسيق من البداية إلى النهاية لمكتب AOG، بما في ذلك مصادر القطع، وتنفيذ اللوجستيات، وتصعيد الموردين، والتواصل الفعلي مع أصحاب المصلحة خلال الاضطرابات التشغيلية.
ستكون مسؤولاً عن تحديد أولويات أحداث AOG المتعددة المتزامنة، وتخصيص الموارد بشكل فعال، وضمان الامتثال لقنوات المصادر والسياسات والإجراءات المعتمدة.
يتطلب هذا الدور الحيوي التنسيق الوثيق مع الهندسة، والصيانة، والمشتريات، ومقدمي الخدمات اللوجستية، والموردين لتحقيق نتائج سريعة وموثوقة في الاستعادة.
من المهم أن تحدد وتتبع مقاييس أداء AOG، وتجري مراجعات ما بعد الحدث، وتدفع مبادرات التحسين المستمر للحد من تكرار الأحداث، وتقصير أوقات الاستعادة، وتعزيز جاهزية قطع الغيار بشكل عام. ستساهم أيضًا في ميزانية AOG والتنبؤ بها وفقًا لنمو الأسطول والطلب التشغيلي.
يلعب هذا الدور دورًا حاسمًا في ضمان المرونة التشغيلية، وسلامة الجدول الزمني، وتوافر الطائرات في بيئة طيران سريعة.
About You
ستظهر مؤهلاتك العلمية درجة علمية، مع ما لا يقل عن 7 سنوات من الخبرة في قيادة فرق قطع الغيار أو AOG أو اللوجستيات في شركات الطيران، مع خبرة موثقة في بيئات التحكم التشغيلي أو عمليات شركات الطيران.
من المتوقع أن تملك خبرة عملية قوية في إدارة استعادة قطع الغيار AOG، وتصعيد الموردين، وتنفيذ اللوجستيات في ظل ظروف زمنية حرجة. مطلوب معرفة قوية في مراقبة المخزون، وتخطيط المواد، وأنظمة اللوجستيات، والعمليات الموجهة نحو الامتثال.

About the Role
- Are you an experienced aviation logistics leader who thrives in high‑pressure, time‑critical environments?
- In this role, you will lead the AOG Desk, overseeing spare‑parts recovery activities to return aircraft to service as quickly and safely as possible. You will manage end‑to‑end AOG coordination, including parts sourcing, logistics execution, supplier escalation, and real‑time stakeholder communication during operational disruptions.
- You will be accountable for prioritizing multiple concurrent AOG events, allocating resources effectively, and ensuring compliance with approved sourcing channels, policies, and procedures.
- This pivotal role requires close coordination with engineering, maintenance, procurement, logistics providers, and suppliers to deliver rapid and reliable recovery outcomes.
- Importantly, you will define and monitor AOG performance metrics, conduct post‑event reviews, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce repeat events, shorten recovery times, and strengthen overall spare‑parts readiness. You will also contribute to AOG budgeting and forecasting in line with fleet growth and operational demand.
- This role plays a critical part in ensuring operational resilience, schedule integrity, and aircraft availability in a fast‑paced airline environment.
- About You
- Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 7 years experience, leading airline spares, AOG, or logistics teams, with demonstrated exposure to operational control or airline operations environments.
- You are expected to bring strong hands‑on experience managing AOG spare‑parts recovery, supplier escalation, and logistics execution under time‑critical conditions. Strong knowledge of inventory control, materials planning, logistics systems, and compliance‑driven processes is required.
