About the Role
هل أنت قائد لوجستيات طيران بخبرة في بناء عمليات تخزين وتوزيع مرنة ومتطابقة وأداء عالٍ؟
في هذا الدور، ستتولى قيادة وإشراف جميع أنشطة اللوجستيات والتخزين التي تدعم متطلبات الصيانة والعمليات. ستضمن استلام المواد، والمعدات القابلة للإصلاح، والمستهلكات، والمواد القابلة للاستهلاك، والأدوات، وتخزينها، ومراقبتها، وتوزيعها بكفاءة مع الحفاظ على الامتثال الكامل للوائح والتعقب المادي.
ستكون مسؤولاً عن التخطيط اللوجستي من البداية إلى النهاية لدعم الصيانة المقررة، والعمليات اليومية، وأحداث AOG، وضمان جاهزية المواد المستمرة في نقاط التوريد المركزية والفرعية.
يشمل الدور إدارة عمليات المستودعات الخاضعة للرسوم الجمركية، وإفراج الجمارك، واللوجستيات الواردة والصادرة، والشحن الدولي، والتسليم الأخير.
من المهم أن تقود شراكات استراتيجية مع شركات الشحن، و3PLs، وسمسار الجمارك، ومقدمي النقل، مما يدفع الأداء من خلال مؤشرات الأداء المحددة ومبادرات التحسين المستمر.
بالإضافة إلى ذلك، ستؤدي دورًا رئيسيًا في تطوير استراتيجيات اللوجستيات، وخطط الطوارئ، ومبادرات الاستدامة مع تحسين قيمة المخزون، وتكاليف اللوجستيات، ومؤشرات الأداء التشغيلية.

About You
ستظهر مؤهلاتك العلمية، بخبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في مجال لوجستيات الطيران وعمليات التخزين، مع خبرة مثبتة في إدارة شبكات اللوجستيات، والمستودعات الخاضعة للرسوم، ووظائف التحكم في المواد في بيئة خاضعة للوائح.
ستجلب خبرة قوية في دعم أنشطة MRO، والاستجابة لـ AOG، والامتثال لهيئات تنظيمية طيران مثل GACA، وEASA، وFAA، وIATA.
بالإضافة إلى ذلك، ستُعرف بقدرتك القيادية، وعقلك الاستراتيجي، وقدرتك على دفع التحسين المستمر مع الحفاظ على أعلى معايير السلامة، والجودة، والامتثال التنظيمي.

About the Role
- Are you an experienced aviation logistics leader with the ability to build resilient, compliant, and high‑performing warehouse and logistics operations?
- In this role, you will lead and oversee all logistics and warehousing activities supporting maintenance and operational requirements. You will ensure that materials, rotables, expendables, consumables, and tools are received, stored, controlled, and distributed efficiently while maintaining full regulatory compliance and material traceability.
- You will be responsible for end‑to‑end logistics planning to support scheduled maintenance, daily operations, and AOG events, ensuring continuous material readiness at central and outstation supply points.
- The role includes managing bonded warehouse operations, customs clearance, inbound and outbound logistics, international shipping, and last‑mile delivery.
- Importantly, you will lead strategic partnerships with freight forwarders, 3PLs, customs brokers, and transportation providers, driving performance through defined KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives.
- In addition, you will play a key role in developing logistics strategies, contingency plans, and sustainability initiatives while optimizing inventory value, logistics costs, and operational KPIs.

- About You
- Degree qualified,you will demonstrate a minimum of 8 years of experience in aviation logistics and warehouse operations, with proven expertise managing logistics networks, bonded warehouses, and material control functions within a regulated environment.
- You will bring strong experience supporting MRO activities, AOG response, and compliance with aviation regulatory bodies such as GACA, EASA, FAA, and IATA.
- In addition, you will be recognized for your leadership capability, strategic mindset, and ability to drive continuous improvement while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
- We’d love to hear from you even more if you have experience managing large teams, multiple supply locations, and complex logistics operations, alongside strong budget ownership and cost optimization experience. Proficiency in ERP systems, AMOS, and warehouse management systems is essential.
