المسؤوليات
- الإشراف على جميع جوانب أنشطة المناولة الأرضية خلال نوبتهم لضمان تحويل الرحلات الجوية بأمان وفي الوقت المحدد وبكفاءة.
- ضمان الامتثال للمتطلبات التنظيمية، ومعايير الخطوط الجوية، وتوقعات خدمة العملاء.
- قيادة فريق العمليات، وإدارة التواصل مع أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين والخارجيين.
- تقديم حلول في الوقت الفعلي للتحديات التشغيلية، والتعطيلات، وحالات استعادة الخدمة.
- ضمان امتثال جميع أنشطة مناولة الركاب والطائرات لمعايير السلامة والأمن المحددة.
- تقديم رؤى وتوصيات لتعزيز كفاءة وفعالية العمليات اليومية.
المتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في عمليات المناولة الأرضية للطيران.
- معرفة وفهم أنظمة DCS، والوزن والتوازن، والمناولة الأرضية، ولوائح السلع الخطرة، واللوائح الصناعية، ومعايير السلامة، وأفضل الممارسات في العمليات الأرضية.
- شهادة مهنية في الطيران، أو عمليات المطار، أو الإدارة (IATA، ICAO، أو ACI).

About the Role

- This dynamic role will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of ground handling activities during their shift to ensure safe, on-time, and efficient turnaround of flights.
- Acting as the senior operational representative on duty, the role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, airline standards, and customer service expectations.
- You will lead the operational team, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and provides real-time solutions to operational challenges, disruptions, and service recovery situations.
- As the primary liaison between airport service providers and airport users, your mandate will be to ensure all passenger and aircraft handling activities comply with established safety and security standards, whilst also providing insights and recommendations for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of daily operations.

- About You
- Degree qualified, you will demonstrate at least 5 years of experience in Aviation Ground Operations.
- Naturally, you will demonstrate knowledge and an understanding of DCS, weight and balance, ramp handling, dangerous goods regulations, industry regulations, safety standards, and ground operations best practices.
