Registered Nurse

As a Registered Nurse at Fakeeh Care, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional nursing care to patients, ensuring their well-being, and promoting their recovery. • Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including physical exams, vital sign checks, and symptom monitoring.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, monitoring for any adverse reactions.
• Manage and treat patient wounds, ensuring proper cleaning, dressing, and infection control.
• Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals during medical procedures and diagnostic tests.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and preventive measures.
• Document patient conditions, symptoms, and behaviors, and report any significant changes to the medical team.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care when needed.
• Conduct purposeful rounding to address patient needs, prevent complications, and improve care quality.
• Adhere to strict infection control protocols, including hand hygiene, PPE use, and hazardous material handling.
• Participate in infection control surveillance and reporting to prevent facility-acquired infections.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment for patient items and equipment.
• Follow emergency response protocols, ensuring patient safety and effective team coordination.
• Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and implement evidence-based practices in patient care.

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient care records, including interventions and responses.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure coordinated care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.

• Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families during challenging times.
• Advocate for patients' needs and rights, ensuring their voices are heard.
• Stay updated with medical practices and advancements through ongoing education and training.
• Respect and incorporate patients' cultural backgrounds and personal values into care planning.
• Oversee and guide junior staff and nursing students, providing support and mentorship.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to deliver comprehensive care.
• Identify and address patient care challenges, contributing to practice improvements.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a service-oriented mindset.
• Strong ability to manage work pressure and collaborate effectively in a team.
• Proficiency in computer applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and typing.
• Strong clerical skills, including meeting preparation, minute-taking, and document scanning.
• Minimum one year of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Completion of an RN residency program (Fakeeh Graduate) for staff with less than one year of experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or an equivalent qualification.
• Fluency in English, with Arabic language skills being an asset.
• Valid nursing license from the country of origin and regional health regulatory authority (e.g., SCFHS/DHA).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
• Other relevant LSTC courses as applicable.
