Registered Nurse

As a Registered Nurse at Fakeeh Care, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional nursing care to patients, ensuring their well-being, and promoting their recovery. • Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including physical exams, vital sign checks, and symptom monitoring.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, closely monitoring for any adverse reactions.
• Provide expert wound care, ensuring proper cleaning, dressing, and infection control measures.
• Assist physicians and other medical staff during procedures and diagnostic tests.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and preventive care.
• Document patient conditions, symptoms, and behaviors, and promptly report any significant changes to the medical team.
• Respond swiftly to medical emergencies, providing immediate care and ensuring patient safety.
• Conduct regular patient rounds to identify and address their needs, prevent complications, and enhance care quality.
• Adhere to strict infection control protocols, including hand hygiene, PPE use, and hazardous material handling.
• Participate in infection control surveillance and reporting to prevent facility-acquired infections.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment for patient items and equipment.
• Follow emergency response protocols, such as codes and RRT, to ensure effective and safe patient care.
• Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and implement evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient care records, including interventions and responses.
• Foster effective communication with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure coordinated care.
• Collaborate with various healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and integrated patient care.

• Offer emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families during challenging times.
• Advocate for patients' needs and rights, ensuring their voices are heard.
• Stay updated with medical advancements through ongoing education and training.
• Respect and incorporate patients' cultural backgrounds and personal values into care planning.
• Oversee and mentor junior staff and nursing students, providing guidance and support.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to deliver comprehensive care.
• Identify and address patient care challenges, contributing to practice improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field.
• Minimum one year of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
• RN residency program completion for staff with less than one year of experience (Fakeeh Graduate program).

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a service-oriented mindset.
• Strong ability to manage work pressure and collaborate effectively in a team.
• Proficiency in computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, typing).
• Strong clerical skills, including meeting preparation, minute-taking, and document scanning.

• Fluency in English is essential. Arabic language skills are advantageous.

• Valid license from the country of origin.
• License to practice as per regional health regulatory authorities (e.g., SCFHS, DHA).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Other relevant LSTC courses as applicable.
