Electrical Maintenance Manager

The Electrical Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing electrical maintenance activities, ensuring efficient and safe operations within the production environment. This role involves a range of key responsibilities, from team management and technical support to strategic planning and compliance.

• Unplanned Breakdown Resolution: Lead the maintenance team in promptly addressing machine breakdowns, providing technical expertise to ensure swift resolution. Aim to minimize downtime and meet monthly production targets.
• Preventive Maintenance: Plan and supervise preventive maintenance activities to extend machine lifespan and maintain reliability. Develop and implement structured maintenance plans to meet production goals.
• Spare Parts Management: Control and manage electrical spare parts inventory. Ensure timely procurement to support maintenance tasks while optimizing costs. Monitor stock levels and maintain them according to agreed-upon target values.
• Machine Modification and Productivity: Design and implement modifications to production machines, focusing on problem-solving, productivity enhancement, and new product generation introduction.
• Team Management and Training: Lead, train, and coordinate the electrical maintenance team. Provide leadership, coaching, and direction, ensuring effective task delegation and fair workload distribution.
• Electrical Installation and Relocation: Oversee electrical installation for new machines and collaborate with the mechanical team for machine relocation projects.

• HR Proficiency: Train and develop team members, fostering a motivated and skilled workforce. Provide leadership and coaching to ensure effective performance and fair task allocation.
• Delivery: Ensure operational and development targets are met according to delivery schedules. Optimize resource utilization to achieve cost-effective and timely results.
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any related issues promptly. Escalate complex operational problems for further analysis and resolution.
• Business Process Improvements: Continuously seek opportunities to enhance processes, policies, and procedures, exploring automation solutions.
• Compliance: Adhere to relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures, ensuring legislative compliance and high-quality product/service delivery.

• Academic Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Work Experience: 6 to 10 years of experience in electrical maintenance, with a focus on equipment maintenance, scheduling, and preventive maintenance.
• Technical/Functional Competencies: Proficiency in equipment maintenance, maintenance scheduling, and preventive maintenance practices.
