We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Construction Technician to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient and timely project execution while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

• Communication and Collaboration: Effective communication with team members and supervisors is essential. You will be open to receiving feedback and directions, ensuring a smooth workflow.
• Tool and Machinery Management: Efficiently utilize tools and machinery, optimizing cost and time.
• Operational Execution: Execute operational tasks as per delivery schedules and work instructions, ensuring timely completion.
• Issue Resolution: Identify and solve any related issues promptly. Escalate complex problems to the appropriate team members.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality standards for products, processes, and related activities.
• Compliance and Safety: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and processes. Follow all safety regulations and procedures to ensure a secure work environment.

• Academic Qualification: Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field from an Institute.
• Work Experience: 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in a construction or technical role.

• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in quality control, safety protocols, troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration.
• Teamwork and Adaptability: Ability to work in a team, adapt to changing environments, and manage multiple tasks.
• Physical Fitness and Learning: Physically fit and capable of quick learning. Proficiency in using hand and power tools is required.
• Problem-Solving: Quick learning and the ability to solve problems independently and as part of a team.

• This role involves working in various project sites, including industrial and commercial construction sites.
• The position requires adaptability and the ability to work in different environments.
