• The Opportunity

We are looking for a Team Manager To manage a self directing, multi-functional team to efficiently intake poultry and process specified poultry products to meet internal customer requirements within management performance parameters (Efficiencies loss-in process, zero non-conformance) ensuring adherence to defined Product Specifications, Quality and Safety standards .

Degree in Poultry Processing / Food Technology or related

Minimum 2 year’s experience in a similar position within a Poultry or food environment.

Working knowledge and understanding of implementation of international Quality Standards like ISO 9000 and HACCP .

Experience in high volume operational environment.

Handled a multinational and multifunctional workforce Experience in finalizing plans /targets with production management team with regards to production and maintenance activities.

Maintain safe working environment and minimize accidents. Exposure in automated process control production

Knowledge of implementation of international quality standards

Propose plant modifications and process optimization to reduce costs and improve service level.

Able to manage a multinational and multifunctional workforce
