• Health, Safety & Compliance

• Attend general and mine-specific safety inductions

• Comply with all HSE policies, procedures, and PPE requirements

• Always follow site safety rules and safe work practices

• Training Deliverables

• Prepare weekly summaries or short technical presentations

• Participate in learning reviews and supervisor feedback sessions

• Complete training checklist and final evaluation
